Have you tried each PB4 one at a time with different buss cables? Does the head unit see the PB4 and let you program an output from the head unit?

I wonder if the issue is a faulty bus cable as well. Each power bar seemed to work with the head unit individually. I think I’m sending the power bar back to bulk reef supply and getting a refund for it I can get away with just the one powerbar. So I have my heater return pump and skimmer and both dosers hooked up right now to the one bar. I have it programmed and running but I have a limited amount of two part hooked to it just in case. It has to earn my trust before I let it go.

Another issue could be if both power bars have the same serial ID. If they do then the head unit will only see them as one unit. There is a way to fix this if this is the case. It is an interrupted update. Confirm this is the case before trying the interruped update. If that is needed I will see if I can find the link and post it for you.
