Programable led lighting

I am upgrading to a 180 gallon reef tank. I have 2 kessil A150W on my 90 gal bow front and am very happy with them, however I will need to purchase at least 2 more for the new tank. I was thinking two A350W in combination with the 150s. I have also looked at the Maxspect Razor and other programable fixtures. Is there any REAL advantage of led lights gradualy increasing and decreasing output from morning to night in a pre set cycle. The companys that sell NON programable lights say NO. The ones that sell PROGRAMABLE lights say YES. I would like to hear what other REEF guys(and gals) say. Programable lighting is a bit new to me so I am hoping for as much input as I can get..
