Programmable led lights

Ok, so I bought my led lights off eBay.

Does anyone know of a program that is able to turn up or down the intensity of the lights ?

I just bought a Typhon controller from Steve's LEDs for my new LEDs. I haven't installed it yet but you can set timers to turn lights on and dim, etc. The website is stevesleds.com. Good luck!
