Programmable LEDs

I have a 50 gallon mixed reef with a aquatic life t5 fixture. I'm wanting to switch to LEDs around the first of the year. I'm only looking to spend $400.00 . So far here is 2 lights I'm looking at 1: a ocean revive IT 2060 #2 a Reef Breeders Photon 24. Any opinions would be appreciated. Or any other good fixture that you know of. Thanks

Have to say I was just looking at the reef radiance pro 280 was impressed with it. Hopefully they will still have a deal on it when I'm ready to get it.
