I started this build about two years ago and due to problems with a tank I bought used, slowly buying equipment and the lack of time it's finally starting to look like something. This tank is taking the place of a 90 gallon I have had for 12 years. I would like to have taken pictures from the start but just didn't think about it at the time.

I also have created a water station in my basement that has two 20 gallon R/O holding tanks with a 35 gallon saltwater mixing tank. It's all being plumbed up stairs to come in behind the tank to deliver fresh R/O to a 7 gallon top off section of my sump and I will be able to do water changes without carrying buckets up stairs. I have a picture of the R/O port coming out of the wall and power cord that will be plugged into one of the outlets on the power distribution bar on the front of the stand, but haven't finished the salt water port yet. Also haven't tapped the line's into the tanks yet. Progress is starting to speed up now I have more time to devote to it. More pictures to come!

Great work! Congrats and good luck for the tank.
Keep posting pics and schematics. We always learn a new way to implement... :)

Made a little more progress over the weekend, it's in its final resting place and ready to start aquascaping hopefully this coming weekend. Left the canopy off for now, till I finish playing with the rocks and water. LOL

My progression slowed down this weekend when I found out that my tight bends in my drain lines slowed down my flow to much and my return pump is out doing them. I am going home tonight to change the drain lines under the tank from pvc to soft lines, hoping to make the flow and transitions a lot less abrupt and smoother. Im also change my return pump to a DC unit, so I can better control the flow without having to choke the pipe down.
