I am wanting to know how/if you can frag a toadstool? Mine is roughly a year old and it is getting to big and needs to be downsized. Can I use a scalpel to frag parts off? Or do I just find him a new home?? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Just cut off chunks with razor blade. Put some glue on a disk or rock. Then put the frag on the glue. Then loosely tie it down with a rubber band. In a couple days to a week you should be able to remove the rubber band.

+1 but i get a tall drinking plastic cup, crush up a bunch of live rock so that its totally covering the bottom and just put the chopped up pieces in the cup (of course cup itself is in the tank).

1+ to that its realy easy i all ways cut them and put it in the sand bed for a day cut side down in sand in low flow . they stick to the sand and it makes it easy to glue to any rock or frag plug with out having to use rubber band or a mesh net

I have cut the Top off of the Base
and
Then Cut the Base into Disc, attached the Disc to Rubble Rock.
In roughly 1 month, the Base Disc start growing Polyps.
