Proper Flow for Gorgonian?

I picked up my first few coral frags on Friday at the LFS. I was hoping somebody could have a look at the attached video and let me know if you think the flow is appropriate? Please excuse the detritus floating around as I just repositioned my MP10 to get what I'm hoping is a nice flow across this guy. Also, if anyone happens to know what this gorgonian is called, that would be lovely (I got it from the "assorted" bin).

Also...I probably shouldn't have tried to make this a project with my 8 year old for my first time ever mounting coral frags...super glue and salt water all over the place!

Way to much direct flow. Mount the 10 on the other side and not pointed at it.
I have 2 in my 15 and one is in the back with minimal flow. The one in from is hit by the powerhead on low and goes on and off every 10 seconds.

I am going to follow as I also have gorgonians, my impression is that flow is to direct though, they should be exposed more to indirect flow with variable intensity.

Thank you. I've got another MP10 in the back down low pointed the other direction. I can just scoot this one back higher again. Together (and with my return pump nozzles they make a pretty nice loop that runs low across the sand in the back and then swirls across the front. I'd shifted the front MP10 because I was worried there wasn't enough on that gorgonian...but I just bumped it back higher...which also gives me a little extra surface agitation. I still need to look into pulsing those things a bit too, just getting everything dialed in.

They seem to be doing well for few months, flow is adjusted during the day, less at night, more during the day with occasional "storm". Flow is random, I also use gyre flow.
