Proper SPS lighting on Frag Tank help

i have a JBJ R20 Frag tank that I set up be predominantly sps. I installed 2 AI Prime lights, and was curious about the light settings. I want good growth and color.......what are those of you with similar setups doing? Thanks

Look up the coral lab ab+ program. In a nutshell you run all blue, violet, and uv channels at 100% and the white green red at 25%. Easy peasy
