Wow! Been looking for 100 acres or so of mostly wooded property with some waterfront and the pickin's are very slim! Anyone have a website that might be able to help the real estate agents are no help at all. Looking at southern PA to WV areas.

Just found a beautiful 450 acre parcel with 1200 feet on a Potomac direct tributary. It is about twice what we were looking to pay so I asked my best friend if his family wants to partner up.
