Protein skimmers

Has anyone used a Red Sea skimmer and how do or did they like it? I'm shopping for a protein skimmer for a 65 gallon tank and dont want to waste my money on something that is not going to be as proficient as another product. In the same breath, I dont want to pay 1,000 dollars either. What is the best bang for the buck? Thanks for any advice.

I'd look at the Reef Octopus line.

I would also look at the reef octopus protein skimmers.

Reef Octupus are good. I am very happy with my vertex as well.

Bought a reef Oct...BH-1000...love the thing, a real workhorse.
