psk2500 or bubble blaster 5000

i was thinking of personal opinions. i wanted to order a peg leg con skimmer from avast marine. to replace the skimmer i have now (its a twin beckett 32" tall diy skimmer)it works great its just too loud when i go to sleep. i was wondering if the psk2500 pump will be good enough for my system or should i buy the bubble blaster 5000. or would the bubble blaster be to powerful for that cone and not worth paying that much more for it.
