Puffer ID

Picked up this interesting porcupine puffer at my LFS. Only he has horn type things. LFS owner said there were different sub species and that he was a sub species. But I looked around and cant find anything like that on the internet?? Can anyone help?? Sorry not the best pictures he is pretty skittish since I just got him earlier today

Definitely a Long-spine Porcupinefish/Balloonfish (Diodon holocanthus); the "blenny eyebrows" are pretty uncommon, but I have seen a few specimens with them - I don't know that the ones with them are a subspecies, but at least it seems to be an uncommon trait.

For examples with them in various sizes/shapes (it seems some fish have lots of these while others may have none, one, etc.):

Ah okay, yeah I do see them! His blenny eyebrows were so strange, Ive never seen that before! Gives him some personality too. Yeah I wondered about the “sub species” of porcupines the LFS said he was, couldnt find anything on that but his eyebrows are so strange! Cool looking guy
