Good morning, I have quite of bit Xenia (I like it and my LFS takes it as trade in), but I’m also getting tired with trimming once/twice a month. I have a good sized forest my gramma loves to hang out in and wanted to know more about the Xenia swimming crab. I understand they might be counter productive to keeping Xenia but I truly do have a lot, probably a 12x12 area of it easily…

would someone know more about where to source these difficult to find crabs?

thank you in advance for help!

From what I understand they hitchhike on xenias, so your best bet would be a LFS or somewhere that imports xenias. Since they come in on corals and preliminary indications are they harm the xenias, I'm not sure your xenia colonies would thrive. There's also no indication if they're reef-safe towards other corals, inverts or fish.
