Pulsing xenia looking dead

Pulsing xenia looks like its taken a turn.. any ideas? Parameters are perfect just the Pulsing looks like this

It's probably puffed back up by now. Xenia just deflates sometimes.
 
Half of it doesnt open up. Looks shivered and dead
 
Have you tried placing it elsewhere?
 
Id say its either the nitrates are too low (maybe <5) or that its getting too much flow. Maybe try moving it to an area with less flow.
