Pulsing Xenia not opening

When i first got my pulsing Xenia it was thriving and pulsing with no issues. Recently it’s been shriveled up and not sure what i can do I’m about to test params now and i do weekly water changes.

Definitely run some tests. Mine grew like weeds and never stopped pulsing.

I don't know about "fixed" - everyone's tank's different. pH seems fine. Calcium and magnesium are a tad low (most aim for 450ppm calcium and 1350ppm magnesium). Alkalinity can really vary depending on your salt.

How are your nitrates, phosphates and ammonia? Is flow good in your tank?

Ca wouldn't really matter since it is a softie. Lighting, flow and stuff irritating it is a problem at time.
