Api good for ph and ammonia. Hannah checker for alk, salifert for the rest. Imo.
All the other test kit brands are very good as well. Which ever one you choose, stay with it.

pH is a measure of hydrogen ion concentration. FYI, the API nitrate and phosphate test kits are fine for a fish only tank but are not precise enough for a reef tank. I use the API alk, ca, nitrite, and ammonia test kits and have had no issues.
