Hello,

Ordered and setup my tunzi ato a few weeks ago and all works great. I am wanting to put the pump in a different reservoir (currently using the tunzi 7 gallon bucket).

How do I open the connectors so that I can disconnect the 2 power wires and pull the white tubing back through the bucket and then reinstall in my new reservoir? Tried just pulling them open but obviously was not successful and certainly don’t want to rip any wires out or break the connectors.

Thanks in advance,

Troy

The connectors should have a 2 halfs that snap together. Did you not assemble it when setting it up.

I did but now I need to unsnap them so I can put the pump in a different reservoir...but I can’t figure out how to unsnap them and I don’t want to break them.

Squeeze them and pull the wires out, they open upon being squeezed.
