Purple fire fish

So funny though he died and got eaten. Use to be in front and hang out and one day he was gone. So last night I was fixing broken rock work and there he was behind all the rocks hanging out. I have not seen him in 3 months. Do they tend to do this for a reason ?? I did not even know he was alive

If they get intimidated by a tankmate or too much activity in or around the tank.

hmmm no one new but I know the fish in there are very active so that might be why poor guy
