tank has been in fallow. So 76 days later will it be OK to add all four fish at that same time? Do I have to worry about an ammonia spike or anything?

It should be fine, congrats on getting through your fallow period! My own QT graduation feels so far away...

It really depends on the size tank.. in anything smaller than a 50g, I'd reccomend adding 2 fish then waiting a few days before adding the other 2. You'll experience a small ammonia spike if you add that big of a bio load into a smaller tank.

I've always added all of my fish back at once when I ran fallow - perhaps not best practices but it worked out fine. I ghost fed my tank and still had a lot of coral and inverts in there as well.

it really really depends on the size of the tank and even on the size of the fish.
Small 10 gallon nano tank, with relatively large fish for a nano, And NO

Big 130 gallon or bigger tank and it would not really matter at all.
