Python water changer makes faucet vibrate

See the video. This happens every few minutes and I have to adjust tap water flow to mitigate the vibration.
Has anyone dealt with it?

So, is something stuck inside the pump? Do any other reasons come to mind?
Nothing to do with python. air is missing from the anti hammer pipe in your plumbing. It needs to be replaced by shutting off your water, opening all your faucets and refilling the pipes. Google should show you in detail how to do it.
 
A loose washer on your faucet stem is probable vibrating. I've heard this before. You can remove the stem and see if it can be tightened or replaced.
