I have a cycled QT. I added copper medication to it. Did I just wipe out my beneficial bacteria? It's not reading any ammonia yet, but I just had this bad thought that the tank is now not cycled. I can find arguments both ways online, so I'm confused. Thanks ahead of time...

The copper will kill some of the bacteria but it's able to recover quickly and isn't usually enough to cause an ammonia spike in an established/cycled QT
