How should i qt a dwarf lion fish? when i have to feed him live food im going to pick him up tomorrow

I understand the question.... I just don't understand why its a question.
Are you asking how can you QT him and feed him live fish? Because at that point he isn't in QT because their is another fish?
If that's the question. I think you are misunderstanding QT. We QT fish to insure that they don't have anything fatal so that it doesn't make it to our display tanks and spread. That being said you don't have to QT fish one at a time at least IMO ive QTd a few fish at a time multiple times.

Okay if i put him in the qt with copper how would i feed him live shrimp for a example? Or i could just put him in a ten gallon tank and keep a eye on him

Well you don't need to treat with copper unless you see something wrong. But if you put him in a tank with copper you don't really need the shrimp to stay alive for very long lol it is his dinner.
