Quantum reef essentials - cant use clear dosing container?

Does anyone dose Bio-metals, Bio-kalium, Bio-essentials, and Bio-gen out of a clear dosing container? Specifically Bio-metals or Bio-essentials. I heard that light could break down the solution and increase phosphate significantly. I have the dosing containers in my tank stand with ambient light - i just want to know if i actually have to worry about this and get opaque dosing containers or wrap mine (which would be annoying).

I'm not sure honestly. I do know some elements degrade with light exposure. Have you reached out to the company customer service and asked their advice and/or recommendations?

They should be fine in the stand. If you mean ambient light as when you open the door then your good.
