Hi! A couple of months ago I purchased a small queen angelfish for my 300 gallon tank. Since then I have saved some money and have found a larger queen angel (about 6"). I was just about to post on the selling forum for the smaller one (about 3-3.5") since I am getting the larger one. Then I was wondering whether I would be able to keep both. Has anyone successfully kept 2 queen angelfish together? Do you think it would work because the tank is a decent size? Or should I sell the smaller one? I do have many hiding spots in the tank. The queen angel is my favorite angel so that's why I'm wondering. I know many people say to limit the amount of tangs and angelfish in one tank, but I do keep multiple tangs and angelfish successfully.

I've got two together for 8 months now. So far so good. I had one in there for a year from juvenile size, grew it to 4-5", then bought a 7 inch one and put it in. I don't think they have paired, but they tolerate each other with minimal chasing. 305g Fowler.
