So i should just match the temp and put them in the tank? The pipefish and the anthias? And don't drip acclimate, correct? Do i need to worry about water hardness, salinity or pH issues?

Yes. Test the salinity in the bag and if it's more than slightly lower than that of your tank, you'll need to adjust the tank to the salinity of the bag, or use a smaller temporary tank with lower salinity (same as the bag) and slowly raise the salinity to match your tank.
