Question about filtration

I have a fluva evo 13.5 seen the intank for 3rd chamber I am interested in but I have a skimmer in the 3rd chamber would I not be able to use the skimmer or could I use the skimmer in the 2nd chamber?

Ya it goes in chamber 1but I want to but the in tank for chamber 1and put the skimmer in the chamber 2 to use the intank media you are right sorry

Intank makes an insect for the second chamber too
