Question about foods

i have heard mixed reviews on feeding saltwater fish bloodworms. I had freshwater tanks before and have some leftover bloodworms. I hate to waste it so I wanted to know if it's ok the feed them to my fishes. It's the hiraki brand and they have been sitting in the freezer for a few years now.

After a few years I would throw it out no matter what type of food it is.
