Question on Adding bubble blaster to vertex in-180

I have an old vertex in-180 skimmer. I got it without a pump. Anyone know what mods if any are required to add a bubble blaster pump to it?

I tried to plumb an atman 4000 pump. However the PVC fittings from the skimmer must be metric as I can't source any fittings local that fit.
