can someone tell me if i can put my hammer on the sandbed, i have LED's the frogspawn is on the sandbed and looks great but the Hammer i have it higher on my liverock and when the lights come on it does not look as good as when the blue lights are on, i have adjusted the lights and they are not up that high.

Thanks in advance

Typically euphylia corals like less light, and flow than some other corals, so they are often placed low in a tank.

I have had multiple frogspawns/hammers on the bottom of my tank with LEDs and the do good

I keep all my hammers and Frogspawn in the sand. They thrive down there.

All my hammers and frogspawn are on the sand in my 28g nano w/Kessil a350w and they are thriving.
