Questions before I order

Hey folks. Id really like to get an order while the sale is on, but I'm not totally sure of everything that I'd need. I was hoping you guys could help.

I want to run my tank as well as my mixing/QT shed.

The main tank has a Vectra M1 which I understand cannot be controlled through the Profilux, a pair of Jaebo RW-4 pumps, skimmer, algae reactor, SB Reeflight, and Frag light, and stand lighting.

The shed will have the mixing station, as well as 3 QT tanks each with a light. I'd also like to run a humidity control to a vent and shed lighting.

So, any guess at where I should start with equipment?

If I read this your above post correctly you are looking for:
Control of the pair of Jaebro pumps
Control of the skimmer
Control of algea reactor
Control of the frag lighting(how many plugs)
Control of the SB Reeflight (this would be a GHL question)
Control of the stand lighting(how many plugs)

Are you Going to want the return pump
Plugged into an outlet for like
Maintenance mode operation on the outlet and to monitor load?

Are you looking for your heater to also be monitored or also controlled by the P4?

For the shed room

Control 3 lights 1 for each QT tank
How many plugs required for each light?

Control of the fans based on humidity of the rooom.

Are you looking to monitor the QT tanks, temp, salinity?

Are you looking for the controller to monitor the mixing station?

Awesome. I'm going to try and answer all of this while my wife tries on clothes at Sears. Lol.

Main Tank:
Control of the pair of Jaebro pumps - Yes
Control of the skimmer - Yes
Control of algea reactor - Yes
Control of the frag lighting(how many plugs) - 1 plug
Control of the SB Reeflight (this would be a GHL question) - Should be a 0-10v
Control of the stand lighting(how many plugs) - 1 plug with a door switch
Also yes on the return pump and heaters. Both heaters should work fine on one plug.
Forgot to add the ATO here as well.

Water Shed:
Control 3 lights 1 for each QT tank
How many plugs required for each light? - I'd say 2 outlets, 1 for both fish QT tanks, and 1 for Coral.
Control of the fans based on humidity of the rooom. - Yes, a bathroom exhaust fan
Are you looking to monitor the QT tanks, temp, salinity? Not too worried there.
Are you looking for the controller to monitor the mixing station? Yes. Also some control with float switches for levels in the tanks. Possibly for auto water changes at some point too.

Well, I ordered the Ultimate Kit, a flow sensor, and an adin card for now.

Probably going to need an expansion box and a few other bits for the shed. Still not sure about controlling the Jaebo pumpd

So, I have a ReefOctopus VarioS-4 on the way as well. I'm trying to figure out the best way to get this hooked up and a better option than the M1. Are there existing cables that can go from the 3.5mm jack on the RO pump to the RJ12 socket on the ProfiLux that anyone knows of? I've found that folks are using the Icecap Y Module Cable with the Ethernet plug cut off, to the GHL LBF-AP, to the 0-10V port on the ProfiLux. It just seems that there has to be a way to go straight from the 3.5mm to RJ-12. Would something like this work with a male to male 3.5mm in between?
