Quick please before I leave. fish breathing jeavy

just got a mandarin goby. he is breathing heavy with his lips popped out. hes been in tank for a day and a half. Just sits at bottom of tank and breaths heavy.

probably could of acclimated him better. but did acclimate him for an hour

should I put him out of his suffering?
