Getting back into the hobby. Lots has changed.

My old EuroReef RS250 was premiere in it's day but the pump is a bit loud. Debating on replacing it with something quieter.

Considering replacing the pump with a Sicce SDC but concerned that the flow and air rates won't match up and it may be a waste (already picked up a new Sedra pump that was supposed to match but it is just as loud).

Reccomendations on a replacement under $500?

If it was me, I would try to replace with some type of dc pump. Will give you more adjustability.
Sicce is a solid pump, good quality.
just make sure whatever pump you purchase has a needle wheel option (assuming that’s the pump your referring to).
I still have my reef octo Sro 5000 ext. skimmer, the thing is and has always been an absolute beast. Point being, these old skimmers are still solid performers.
You could also try calling BRS or premium aquatics, both are my goto vendors.
Nothing but solid customer service, always.
They should be able to recommend a dc pump that will work for you. They both have always been very knowledgeable.
