He hardly got sick and is doing awesome!

He starts radiation therapy tomorrow. Everyday for 5 weeks!

I see a lot of people who are sick with cancer. I wish your son the best. He looks to be doing well. Tell him to keep on smiling and when he fells like he just can't that when its the most important to.
He is always in my thoughts. I wish him Godspeed in recovery.

Brayden had to go to the ER for a blood and platelet transfusion last Monday night. His numbers were still too low to do his chemo today but the Drs. are confident that he'll be good to go this Monday. Radiation is going well and they expect little to no side effects from it

Other than being very tired and having a funky grey tone to his complexion he's doing good.

Hopefully your son can beat this!. My uncle was diagnosed with breast cancer a few months ago, (My aunt died from breast cancer a few years ago), He is in the same situation, where he is doing Radiation everday for the next 5 weeks. Hopefully its not too much on either of them..

7 rounds of chemo down and 7 to go. 2 1/2 weeks left of radiation. Thanks to all of the prayers and support, he is doing very well.
We have also put together a good program of complimentary medicines. This has helped his appetite and in maintaining his weight.
He has many tests this Tuesday and then starts his 5 day chemo round on Wednesday. Please feel free to "Like" his Facebook page.
It is "Pray for Brayden". You'll see a black and white checkered cancer awareness ribbon. This is where we post updates on how he
is doing and fundraisers that are coming up. He loves to see the "Likes" go up! This has been a most amazing journey thus far!

Brayden's chest scan and PET scan came back clear!!! Praise God!
He is now on round 8 of chemo. Week and a half left of radiation.
How exciting it is to have the finish line soooo close!

Brayden was checked it to the hospital on Sunday with a 103 degree fever.
He was shaking almost uncontrollably and his heart rate was very high. The
Drs. believed that he may have a serious bacterial infection. After pumping
him full of powerful antibiotics, two bags of blood and two bags of platelets
over the course of 4 days has kicked the fever and the bacteria cultures came
back negative!

He also got his last round of radiation!
This is a pic of the radiation site. Its actually
a bit worse than it looks. It goes considerably
further up his leg. He was in a lot of pain over
the past couple of days and for the first time
in his life had to take a pain pill. My boy has
been a rock star through this whole thing and
we are very proud of him!

That's great news! Carl, your boy is one serious brave (and freakin tuff!) soul. I hope you and your family have a wonderful holidays this year and start the next year with new life!

Hey how are things going now after the last trip to the er? Keeping all of you in my prayers that God will give all of you strength to finish out the treatments and when its done that brayden will be completely and 100% cancer free and able to put this behind him for good! Its a inspires me to see that even with all that he is going thru in every picture you have posted he has a smile on his face.He is a true fighter and a really tuff kid. I'm gonna go like the facebook page and get back to studying.

He is doing much better now. He slept almost 15hrs straight and is up hobbling around.

I'm new here and slowly realizing this great community. I just came across this thread and im praying everything goes well for your son.

Can you possibly send me your address or somewhere I can ship some gear (clothes)? Id love to send him some cool gear from my clothing line to help try to cheer him up if that's ok of course!
