R2R web page help

Hello all,
please could i get some help with the R2R web page,
I'm told i have 20 messages but where do you read them, are they in the alerts section or is there a message section where I can find them,

I use the alert tab on the top right corner of my phone and then I click the notification. Sometimes it’s a comment/like/tag but messages from started conversations are found in the inbox tab that is right next to the alert tab on my display
