Ok I did a hard reset with no luck. This happened in the past and the mods helped me fix it. I just can’t remember how!

Issues with tapatalk has to do with the new privacy statements that a user has to read an ok on forums.
I don’t use it through tapatalk. Would the privacy issues still apply? I just logon from Safari on my phone. It used to stay logged on but now it doesn’t. Thanks for your help!

I would think it's on the phone side, moreso, the browser app itself. Look in your browser settings and see if you can store saved passwords or something of that nature. I also use the mobile website thru my browser, which happens to be google chrome on my Samsung S8+, no problems staying logged in.

Silly question, but you wouldn’t happen to be using the “Private” browser would you? That would cause this issue. Another issue would be in your settings if “Block All Cookies” is turned on. I use an iPhone 7 Plus and have never had an issue staying logged in with Safari.

I am using iphone as well, and directly from the browser , not any app, and dont have any issue. Can you share some details about your setup,
like which version of iphone, what broswer you are using (safari or chrome etc). Lets do a step by step check, how about:
1) Install google chrome (if you are using safari)
2) sign in to r2r website using chrome
3) kill chrome direcly (by double tapping home button and vertical swipe)
4) reopen chrome, and check if you are logged in or out of r2r website

Can you do this and let me know the outcome ?

I have this only after I charged my phone.
I guess it could be a setting but ain't worried about it as it would exercise my brains on remembering my password.
It ain't easy to remember my password...... !D%54d¥Hh%9{R2R }?f>Acro<5+4*3!2@1$0&D-sel(TT/m):p

I think this is most likely a browser issue. The browser is clearing out the cookies/cache for some reason. As others have noted, Google Chrome is my favorite browser bc it keeps me logged in from my phone and laptop (and any other platform I use). What browser are you using? That might be a good place for us to start.

Yeah I exclusively use chrome across all devices. But after recent apple announcements around FB tracking and more privacy options, i might try out safari.
This still does not explain why safari will log you out though,

Not a silly question at all! It was on private and I didn’t even realize it. I must have hit it by accident. I logged on again and hit “stay logged in”. I’ll see if it works. You’re a genius!
