Rabbitfish sick

I have no clue what is wrong with my rabbit fish but he seems to be the only one he has dark splotches bad fins and now today weird white splotches.

Have you observed any bullying? Looks like he may be getting picked on. @Big G and @Humblefish may have a better idea.

Yeah that's what I'm thnking because the white spots seem to be going away but the dark color splotches are still there. He is about 4" almost and during the day when I can watch the tank I don't see any bullying. I have yellow Tang, Red Sea tang, Nasso Tang, male and female bellus angelfish. Midas and bicolor blennies. Very Small yellow belly regal tang, two black and white clowns and a Azure damsel. It's 180 gallon and no other fish are showing signs.

So I am going to dose with prazipro also I was told to use Melafix for the fins and stuff can I mix them or wait after treating with prazipro.
