Why do you use apex vs ecosmartlive to control your radions?

Because I like everything under one control and I already had my Ecotech Vortechs being run under my My APEX it seemed only natural to add the Radion to the APEX as well.

I know many people don't like to "put all their eggs in one basket" but I am not one of those people lol

Like @Bob Escher mentioned, it's nice having everything under one roof.

Why do you use apex vs ecosmartlive to control your radions?

Several reasons:
  1. I created virtual outlets to easily change lighting schemes for all blues (for viewing fun) or all whites (for photography)
  2. The Apex turns on moon lighting at night based on the actual lunar cycle
  3. The Apex turns off the Radions during a power outage to prolong runtime on my backup battery unit for other critical devices

I use Reeflink. It's a simple tank - one Vortech, one Radion, one Vectra. Don't have an Apex or the desire to add one. Pretty happy with the Reeflink so far.
