Radion pro gen 3 keeps shutting off

My radion gen 3 pro has been shutting off everytime i turn it on via apex and goes to missing status. I pulled it and cleaned the fans to see if that was the problem but it isn't.

The lights on the radion are flashing red.

Is it flashing:
*Red & White
*Red & yellow
*Red & green

Do you still have the manual that came with the Radion?

Any other color than what I mentioned above could be a hardware issue and one should contact EcoTech Marine Customer Support.
