Could someone help me with lighting settings. I am thinking of going on the AB+ schedule. My tank is the water box 35.2 Gallon these are the dimensions 23.6"×19.7"×17.7 What intensity should I be running the lights at for a mixed reef. My other question is should I make the colors all %100 percent. If not what should I set my colors to.

Run AB+. It will set the appropriate colors and intensities that make up the AB+ schedule. Start at 50% and use the acclimation mode.

No. Wouldn't even turn lights on yet. Once cycled then do like 5- hours day low intensity. Once you intro corals then turn on acclimation mode.
