Radions and MP40s with WXM

I recently purchased a WXM to control my Radion G2's and my MP40w's. Once set up on the system after a few hours they all become missing from the Apex. How can I get this issue resolved.

Sorry not been about for a while... You have asked a question around my weakest point of knowledge... I'm a massive fan of the Reeflink and don't run an apex... Since your post was a while ago have you found the problem or do you still need some help? I am friends with more than a few Apex users so maybe able to get some information for you.

1. Have you updated you APEX to the latest firmware? Have you updated your WXM to the latest firmware?
2. Are you saving your changes to your APEX after programming?

I had a fit with my WXM as well and I thought it had been updated to latest firmware and it wasn't.
