Am I going to get the maximum potential out of a radium by using a 250 watt HQI PFO ballast?

For the most part yes.

The radiums are designed to run on ANSI m80 ballasts. Which the pfi hqi is.


But if you really want to crank them. Try out the aquamedic reeflex 250 hqi. They run at almost 400 watts and
Radiums look fantastic on them. The only drawback is reduced lamp life
