I want to purchase a Ranco thermostat to be used with 220v (Europe). I want to run two Schego 300 W heaters which will both be controlled by this thermostat.

I’d also be interested to add an alarm of some kind to notify me of any spike in temps. (Yes, I know about Apex but live in Europe and cant afford. Aprx also runs 110v)

Does anyone have input on how to do this? Which probe should I buy and where (preferably plastic).

My goal is to make something similar to the Inkbird 306A only more reliable.

I have no idea how to wire it to the Rancho controller. You might look into one of the reef pi for separate temperature measurement and alarms.
