I ordered frozen food from them Yesterday morning for delivery TODAY as I am about wiped out on food due to a tang of mine that consumes 4 oz per day -Yes
I asked and they assured I would have it today !! For the second time, order was a NO-Show as they took the money but did not put my order together.
Sadder is, Live aquaria and I are 5 hrs from each other - No Excuse to Not get it here.
I have to go out and buy a couple packages of food at Pet store prices as usual due to their ignorance and lack of professional manner in running their business.
WHEN WILL LIVE AQUARIA GET IT TOGETHER AND QUIT DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMERS ??

I EVEN ASKED ABOUT SATURDAY DELIVERY AND THEY SAID N O

Hello @vetteguy53081. We sincerely apologize that your frozen order did not ship to you when it was supposed to. As you stated, you placed the order in plenty of time to have the order ship for delivery the following day. We working to get this corrected so the error does not occur again.

We left you a message on your phone to discuss this further, but as an apology, we put $30 on your account to use towards shipping on your next order.
