RBTA Tentacles

Any ideas of why my anemone looks like this? It's been like this for quite a while and has split twice.

Has it moved around at all? Color looks good, how long has it been in that exact spot?

This one is the original one and has never moved. The two new ones both have moved away one got sucked into the sump but was saved and taken to my work in a biocube with the same light and the tentacles started to look normal.
