After my moving tragedy (Help! I'm moving.), I have finally started the re-build process. Very excited to get things back up. I was even able to get a matching cabinet from the good people at Crystal Dynamics.
I thought this would be a good opportunity to start a build thread. Please forgive me if I'm not putting this in the correct forum. I thought there was a build thread "instruction" page, but I can't seem to find it. This is my progress so far.

So, I've added new live sand. I used my rock I had from my last build. I kept it wet but not so sure it's "live" anymore. Should I put some additive/bacteria in the tank to get the cycle started?

It's been a long time sense I updated this thread. So I thought I would get back into it. I recently added some Chalk Bass to my tank and they've been great. Easy to acclimate. It took a few days to socialize but they doing awesome. Highly recommend these guys.

Glad to see your tank is still going strong!

Still running my 120 reef. It is overrun with anemones and I considered taking everything out but I enjoy watching the clowns swimming through them. SO...I decided to start another tank. Although not as big. I'm starting a IM 25 lagoon. Still a ways to go but coming along nicely. I would like to make it a macro algae tank. I started a planted freshwater tank, which was fun but I found my passion is really saltwater. I thought I would try a "planted" saltwater tank.
