I upgraded from a 70 gallon to 100 gallon this weekend, and wonder if re-seeding pods is in order. I transferred all of the existing rock from the old into the new. It was kept wet the entire time, but it did spend about 45 minutes to an hour not being submerged and I'm not sure that pods would survive in that environment.

Pods would have been transferred over in the rock, IMO there is no need to 're-seed'. (But I'm not a believer in the power of the pods and I don't buy them myself)
