I just received an online order of fish and the tank bred clownfish that came is super small. It’s maybe 1/2 inch.

Has anyone had success raising a fish this small that doesn’t breed fish? I have two concerns, one is that it can eat crumpled up flake, and second that any power head will be too strong. I turned off the power head in my frag tank and added a bubble stone. I will run a HOB filter when I can watch the tank and make sure the little guy doesn’t get sucked up.

I've ordered small fish and yes they are usually fine especially tiny clownfish those guys are little fighters! But for a precaution, you should set up a little acclimation box for it so it can be in lower flow.
