So I bought a 200g deep dimension used 2 1/2 years ago that developed a crack in the back panel. I took it all apart and lost interest. A few months ago I decided to finally put it back together. It looks good and is holding water. Before going all out and buying equipment for it any recommendations for stress testing this tank?

Your doing the best test right now by having it full of water. If anything add some big powerheads to add movement to push up on the panels

I put every spare power head I have. Which was 5 and a good sized return pump.

I once tried to repair a tank that leaked. I took it apart 5 separate pieces and rebuilt it twice. After failing I said I would never do it again! You have a skill that I couldn't master!
