Rebuilding My Dream Tank

I'm rebuilding my tank and starting my tank journal.
I'm so nervous and excited at the same time

Ok here we go :

• Tank, 85 L / 22 Gal Boyu
• HOB Filter Seachem Tidal 55 & Fluval C3 (Backup and plan to use it in my QT)
• Media Filter : Seachem Matrix, Carbon and Phosguard
• LED Zetlight ZA1201

Next Equipment :

• HOB Skimmer BM QQ1
• Jebao SLW 10 Wavemaker
• Fan
• Probably ATO

Livestock Plan :

• A pair of clownfish
• Bicolor dottyback
• Banggai Cardinalfish
• Fire fish
• Okinawa Clown Gobby

Coral plan :

• Zoa
• Candy cane
• Frogspawn
• Elegance Coral
• Finger leathers
• Lobo
• Scolymia
• Micromussa

I try to keep not too many fishes or corals because I only use HOB filter, but kinda hard to pick which one to keep.
Is it ok to put egg crate under the DR? or should I just remove it? I use it to cover the bottom glass.
Open to any suggestions.

Excited to see the progress of this tank , Just keep in mind Elegance get around 12" max size and are snail killers, I am not stopping you though , Heads Up: Clowns are cute yet deadly. Lol, What clowns are you adding, I love clownfish.

I'm planning to keep a pair of Clownfish Percula (I'm not sure if it's the right name lol)
these are the ones originated from east Indonesia, around papua new guinea

Percs are awesome! I have a pair of false perc (A. Ocellaris) and they are supposed to be friendly but the female I swear wants me to die. Lol. Anyway, I don't want to control your build so keep building your dream and i'll follow along!

Third day cycling

It's been a while after my last updates.

I'm still on my cycling process. It takes longer than I expected, today is my 56th day cycling and these are the parameters i got. The nitrate is so high

Brown algae are still everywhere but i see some are started to die off.

I do regular carbon dosing and add bacteria once every two days.

Any suggestions are welcomed

So happy after the ugly phase, the tank now clean again.
My current fish : Lawnmower Blenny
My Inverts : 5 Turbo Snails, 2 Nassarius Snails

Planning to add a couple of clownfish, a couple of firefish and a chromis

Last Updates, after fighting cyano for months.
I lost my clowns, hammer corals, some zoas, and mushrooms. But most of my corals survived.
