I recently started ordering some things through BRS, and received a gift certificate from family over the holiday so I was anxious to upgrade my RO/DI setup to one of their systems, along with a Red Sea foundation test kit and some reef snow and a "Julian's thing".

I received everything in a timely manner and packaging is excellent.

I opened up the foundation test kit over the weekend and found one bottle of reagent had leaked and stained the charts and a couple syringes.

I called BRS today, hold time was about 30 seconds, and after confirming some basic info, they had a new kit ordered out with expedited shipping, no questions asked!

Hands down the best customer service experience I ever had. Definitely exceeded my expectations, and I will continue to do business with BRS in the future!
